GROUP EVENTS

50% deposit due at time of party booking.

If you do need to cancel the group event, we will work with you to find another date and time that will work best for you within one year of the original party date. Your original deposit will be applied towards your rescheduled event.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Launch Trampoline Park strives to keep all of our employees and customers safe during inclement weather. The following policy describes some weather related issues but may not cover all weather conditions that may occur. Therefore, all employees and customers are asked to please plan ahead if weather predictions are less than desirable.

 

If you have a party or group booked with Launch we will make every effort to accommodate your party or group during inclement weather events. If the weather is deemed unsafe on the day of your event, we will work with you to reschedule the event for a later available date.

 

There will be no refunds issued on deposits. We at Launch strive to make every party and group a memorable experience and will be happy to accommodate the booking at a later date without penalty. All deposits for events booked will be carried to the rescheduled date.

Heavy rain/ Thunderstorms – Launch Park will be open in the case of any rain or thunderstorm activity. We recommend that with any severe weather you take extreme caution when traveling.

 

Snow/Ice – Launch Park will remain open during all Snow/Ice events unless directed by a member of the Launch Management. In the event that a storm is predicted on the day of your event, we will monitor the storm closely so as to accommodate your party or group safely. If your ability to travel safely to Launch during a snow or ice event is compromised, please notify us and we will be happy to reschedule your event.

 

Launch Park will not refund any deposit received. We will make every effort to reschedule your event to the next available date of your choice.

If Launch does close due to inclement weather, you will be notified by the manager prior to your scheduled start time. If you are unsure if the Facility will be open please call Launch @ 401-828-JUMP.
